Fructose oligosaccharides, also known as oligosaccharides or fructose oligosaccharides, is a probiotic proliferating agent that is not digested and absorbed by the human body, but directly reaches the large intestine and rapidly proliferates bifidobacteria in the intestine, so it is also known as "bifidobacteria factor".
Function
As a bifidus factor, fructosolipides can be applied to dairy products, beverages, confectionery, livestock, meat and aquatic products. In addition, fructosolipides are also the preferred food for diabetics.
